Well I was checking in for my flight to Belfast online on Friday when I got asked if wanted to take a survey about flybmi.com. I really couldn’t reisist, as it is far and away the worst airline site I’ve ever had to use.
It is unbearably s-l-o-w, crashes half the time, never lets you choose your seat (which you’re meant to be able to do) and sometimes throws up random pages of gobbledegook talking about things like Apache servers. I’m only one voice but hopefully someone will take notice and try and sort it all out!
