Well I haven’t really had a minute to update this all week. Suffice to say I’ve been out boozing again. Last night was my third night out on the trot, so I’m ready to give it a break to be honest. Special mention goes to the Blame Game wrap party though which was good fun.
So [...]

This has been driving me mad this morning.
The aim is to get everyone across the river, but there are four rules:
the Dad cannot be left alone with any of the girls
the Mum cannot be left alone with any of the boys
the thief cannot be left alone with any family members
the Mum, Dad and Policeman are [...]

Babel looks likes it could be the first film I go and see in 2007. It’s directed by Alejañdro González Iñárritu, who directed 21 Grams and Amores Perros, two great films. Babel’s already been nominated for seven Golden Globe awards, and opens here on the 19th of January. It looks great!
You can watch the trailer [...]

I watched a really brilliant, but depressing drama tonight. Born Equal was about some individuals who for very different reasons had ended up homeless. They all stayed in the same hostel, and by the end of the show, all of their lives had come together.

Well I had my first (and only) Christmas party on Friday night - the BBC staff Christmas party. Erm… probably the less said about it, the better. I got hammered. And I can’t really say much more about it even if I wanted to because my memories of it are a bit hazy to say [...]

It’s a toothbrush that plays tunes inside your head! It reminds me of the lollipops you could get a while ago in the states that played music in your head that no-one else could hear (which a lot of people don’t believe ever existed, but they did). The selection of music you can get with [...]

I go swimming every night. The gym I go to doesn’t have any cubicles or anything in the changing rooms, which is totally fine by me, it doesn’t bother me.
What does bother me however is what I saw last night after swimming. Some big fat (and I mean really fat) hairy dude standing completely naked [...]

Apple, Music, iTunes
The American iTunes store is great - you can get TV shows (often before they air here), a bigger selection of music and music videos, and movies too. Unfortunately you can’t buy stuff in the US store unless you have a credit card registered to a US address. Or can you?
Well yes you can… here’s [...]
