Can’t instant message at work? Try this

I guess we’re pretty lucky at the BBC in that we have Windows Messenger on our PCs, which works with internal and external people. However, what if you don’t have an instant messenger at work and want to chat to your mates? (For example if you’re bored…)

Well Meebo might be the solution for you – it’s an online version of most popular instant messenger programs. I tried it with my AIM account at work, and couldn’t get it to work, but our internet connection seemed to be horrendous that day, so it might have just been that.

Hi Gary, just go to www.meebo.com and you should be able to get it to work, I use it quite a lot at work now without any problems.
