Northern Ireland beat Sweden tonight in the European Championship qualifiers and are top of their group, Scotland are second in their group, and England languish fourth in theirs!
When it comes to national teams playing, I have to support Scotland every single time - it’s kind of built into you (as is always supporting whoever’s playing England) when you’re born there I think. But it’s great to see Northern Ireland doing well too, after a long time missing out on big tournaments.
Could we see Northern Ireland and Scotland go through, and England not? What a result!
